The Good Men's Club (GMC) is a non-profit organization established on December 15, 2015, as a community-based club that strives to promote community development. GMC leverages its role in the network of community groups to address systemic issues and challenges through mentorship and community engagement programs that foster meaningful relationships with residents, community groups, public/private institutions, business owners, youth, and local leaders.

GMC envisions a community that recognizes and celebrates diversity, works together to ensure justice, equity, inclusiveness, equal protection, and equal opportunity. The organization affirms the diverse backgrounds that bring people together and establishes standards that future generations can build upon. GMC values diversity and promotes it in all aspects of the organization while enriching the academic, social, and cultural life of its community through its commitment to diversity.

GMC's vision and mission are founded on three fundamental pillars: Brotherhood, Mentorship, and Community Engagement (BMC), which serve as the driving force behind the organization's goals and guide its members as they work to uphold the values and ideals of the club. The Good Men's Club of Minnesota is a community of like-minded individuals committed to personal growth, community involvement, and the promotion of true brotherhood. Through its focus on diversity, academic excellence, and community engagement, GMC inspires and nurtures a Gentleman's spirit among its members and the wider community.

We strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all men, regardless of their background, ethnicity, or beliefs. We show compassion and empathy towards others and work towards a world where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. We cultivate leadership skills in men, so they can be agents of positive change in their communities and beyond. We hold ourselves and others accountable for our actions and decisions, and strive for excellence in everything we do. Finally, we believe in the importance of continuous learning and personal growth, and encourage our members to seek out opportunities for self-improvement
